 We're queens of content

Hong Kong-born and raised, biro-wielding word strategists, big-talkers and prolific note takers. We’re the brains and the brawn when it comes to putting the poetry and power of great words into the hearts of brands and businesses.

Cruzanne Macalligan

Audio columnist, poet, scriptwriter, submarine enthusiast and comedian on sabbatical, Cruz cut her teeth writing and creating in the world of publishing, PR and branding.

A little quirky around the edges, Cruz’s unique flavour of creativity has been a key ingredient in selling stories to editors and big ideas to business heads. She’s a creative loose cannon, ideas generator and a marathon writer, who spends most of her days balancing her overactive imagination with good copy common sense.

Ellie Macalister-Smith

While sledding down sand dunes in Inner Mongolia, Ellie, then a TV host for a Chinese travel show, probably didn’t see her future creative career coming. But at least she was accustomed to being out of her comfort zone.

Bouncing ideas around like bright, brilliant tennis balls, she connects the creative dots and finds lost pieces to project puzzles. Ellie builds content strategies more thoroughly than animals prepare for hibernation, rounding up all the little details into a warm and comfortable nest to see them through the winter. She’s the one who ‘checks and perfects’ to keep projects, people and pennies on task.
